Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

• Coordinate installation, repair, and maintenance of machinery.

• Provide technical assistance to department directors and managers as a working supervisor.

• Plan, prioritize, assign, review, and participate in all tasks on the floor.

• Develop production methods and schedules for production maintenance.

• Handle emergency situations or after-hour calls for repair.

• Participate in developing policies and standards for the organization.

• Oversee a team of 9 technicians.

Work Environment

1st shift: M-F 7am-3pm. Must be willing to work some Saturdays. Clean, not noisy, small work environment.
