Requirements of a Maintenance Supervisor :

• Maintain and repair industrial machinery
• Creatively, professionally and promptly repair machinery
• Minimize unscheduled downtime of equipment
• 2+ years experience in maintenance
• 2+ years experience in electrical systems
• Experience with PLCs and ladder logic

• Quick thinking
• Able to troubleshoot
• Independent, self-managed
• Communication and prioritization skills
• Industrial machinery repair and maintenance
