Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage maintenance team to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Manage maintenance budgets and inventory of spare parts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in food production.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications or degree in engineering or related field.
