Compensation: $115K - $130K

Responsibilities:

Oversee maintenance operations in a can-making manufacturing facility.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.

Manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring efficient workflow.

Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot equipment issues.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.

Strong understanding of facilities and equipment maintenance.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Proficient in maintenance management software.
