We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our Manufacturing team. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage all aspects of maintenance within our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, ensuring that all equipment is in full working order and that our manufacturing process runs smoothly and efficiently. The Maintenance Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that all operations adhere to health and safety regulations and ISO standards.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our Manufacturing team. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage all aspects of maintenance within our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, ensuring that all equipment is in full working order and that our manufacturing process runs smoothly and efficiently. The Maintenance Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that all operations adhere to health and safety regulations and ISO standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all maintenance operations within the manufacturing facility, ensuring that all machinery and equipment are in full working order.
- Implement and manage a robust preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain strict adherence to ISO standards, ensuring that all operations meet or exceed these requirements.
- Lead quality control initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance product quality and consistency.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the maintenance team.
- Collaborate with other departmental managers to optimize production processes and improve overall facility performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role within the manufacturing industry.
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within the manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality control practices.
- Experience performing Maintenance in a Machine Shop Environment
- Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
