What You’ll Do:
As the Maintenance Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our maintenance operations, ensuring our equipment and assets are optimized for maximum performance. You'll lead a dynamic team of professionals, champion safety, and implement innovative strategies to enhance productivity and deliver exceptional quality to our customers.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Leadership:
- Lead by example, fostering a positive, can-do culture.
- Manage team performance, including attendance, accountability, and productivity.
- Mentor and develop the maintenance team to excel in their roles.
- Operations Oversight:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive operational improvements.
- Coordinate machinery needs, including scheduled shutdowns, major repairs, and new project launches.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience:
- 3–5 years in a corrugated container facility (preferred).
- 5–7 years of supervisory experience in the manufacturing sector (corrugated experience highly preferred).
- Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, safety protocols, and leadership principles.
- Proven track record of overseeing equipment repairs, preventative maintenance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
