About the Job
Responsibilities:
Assist in the setup, maintenance, and repair of equipment used in assembly.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in assembly machinery.
Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.
Assist in maintaining inventory of spare parts and tools required for equipment maintenance.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks.
Support senior maintenance technicians and engineers in complex repair tasks and machinery upgrades.
Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used as required by company standards.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth and efficient assembly line operations.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
Safety Compliance: Knowledge of safety protocols and experience adhering to safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Teamwork: Ability to work well with other maintenance team members, engineers, and production staff.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-4 years maintenance tech experience
Basic Mechanical Knowledge: Understanding of basic mechanical principles and the ability to perform simple repairs and maintenance tasks.
Troubleshooting: Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and machinery commonly used in manufacturing and maintenance tasks.
Hand and Power Tools: Proficiency in using hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers) and power tools (drills, grinders, etc.) safely and effectively.
Preventative Maintenance: Experience performing basic preventative maintenance to ensure smooth operation of machinery.
