As a Porter/ Maintenance Associate (Plant Operations), you are responsible for ensuring that the community is attractive and well-maintained and safe for our residents and staff.
- Possible Scheduling of Four 10/hr Shifts

- Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families
- Experience in maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment and building
- Knowledge of fire and safety regulations
- Ability to work with outside vendors and monitor their work
- Experience in safe electrical and plumbing repair
- Innovative thinker who brings new ideas to the table
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day
What you can expect to do as a Maintenance Associate (Plant Operations) for Cascades of the Sierra:
- Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency
- Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
- Willing and able to adapt to changing demands of the maintenance department and fulfill any job that is required
- Available and on call for emergencies day and night. Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
- Responsible for preventive maintenance of interior and exterior of buildings and equipment
- Make repairs in occupied apartments, as well as repaint and shampoo carpets in turnover unit
- Actively participates as a member of a team and committed to working toward team goals
- Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living
$15.00 - $20.00/hour
*Depending on Experience
