Machinery and Automation Technician, this position is responsible, for the output, operation and maintenance of automation equipment and machinery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Installation: Install and configure electrical and electronic systems according to project specifications
- Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT): Perform FAT to validate the functionality of machinery and equipment against design requirements
- System Upgrades: Upgrade electrical and electronic systems to enhance performance and incorporate new features
- Design Assistance: Support the engineering team in designing electrical and electronic equipment that meets customer needs
- System Analysis: Analyze system performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex system malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
- Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for system assembly and operation.
- Maintenance Quality Performance: Ensure the consistent quality performance of electrical systems through regular maintenance, calibration, and testing to meet operational standards.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect electrical systems to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
- Training and Standards Development: Train machine operators on the proper use of electrical and electronic systems and develop maintenance standards to ensure long-term system reliability.

Requirements:
Experience (if any):
- 4 years of experience on corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance in equipment and automated machinery.
- This experience must include handling, operation and troubleshooting on Pick and Place, Dispensing and Screwing.
- Also includes Vision Control system understanding and programming.
- Robotics arms use for welding, material handling and assembly.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Control or Industrial Engineering, is a plus
