Machine operator - 5th HQ

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and organized Packaging & Fulfillment Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring that orders are accurately processed, packaged, and shipped on time to meet high customer satisfaction standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, bilingual (English/Spanish), and has at least 1 year of experience in the packaging, fulfillment, or logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process, package, and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline order processing and meet customer expectations.
• Maintain an organized supply area, ensuring that all materials and finished goods are accurately tracked and ready for fulfillment.
• Coordinate with logistics staff and vendors to ensure packages are correctly prepared and shipped on schedule.
• Adhere to cGMP and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety in the workplace.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma (preferred).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in packaging, fulfillment, or logistics.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent customer communication skills.
• Comfortable with computer systems for tracking and inventory management.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
