Machine Operator:

Job Summary :

Responsible for completing various processes to produce a high-quality finished contact lens.

Essential Functions & Accountabilities :

· Understand and adhere to specified Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), complying with FDA requirements and ISO standards.

· Verify setup and calibration of machines and tools daily.

· Proficiency in use of machines and tools not limited to but including: 10x loupes, micrometers, and pin gauges.

· Adhere to strict tolerances, verifying each part conforms to the work order.

· Document processes accurately by Good Documentation Practices standards.

· Maintain constant workflow keeping open communication with fellow Manufacturing Technicians and professionally conducting all job duties.
