Job Summary:
Operator Level II takes on the exciting challenge of working with advanced equipment used in creating semiconductor devices in the solar panel market. In this role, you'll set up and run state-of-the-art deposition and laser scribing systems, keep a close eye on processes, carry out regular routine maintenance, and ensure that every product meets top-quality standards. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Machine Operation:
· Operate and monitor machinery to ensure proper functioning and efficient production.
· Set up machines according to production specifications and adjust settings as needed.
· Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment and feeding of materials into the machine.
2. Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
· Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts.
· Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions and operational issues promptly.
· Report any significant machine problems or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
3. Quality Control:
· Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
· Measure and document key product dimensions and characteristics.
· Adjust machinery to correct any deviations from quality standards.
4. Safety and Compliance:
· Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery.
· Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
· Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain a clean and organized work area.
5. Production and Reporting:
· Monitor production output and ensure that production targets and deadlines are met.
· Document production data, including machine performance, output rates, and any issues encountered.
· Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate production activities and resolve issues.
6. Continuous Improvement:
· Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on new machinery, technologies, and best practices.
· Provide feedback on production processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in electronics, materials science, or a related field preferred.
· Experience: 2-5 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment.
Skills:
· Ability to operate and troubleshoot various types of machinery.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
· Basic math and measurement skills.
· Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
