Dupli is a private, family-owned company that began as an envelope printing company focused on servicing major Colleges/Universities, Banks, Credit Unions and Insurance companies in upstate NY. Over the years we have diversified our products to include Stationery, Marketing Collateral, Direct Mail and Repositionable Adhesive products (sticky note pads, wall/floor safe signage). We have also diversified our geography to include plants in Newington, CT and Malvern, PA. One of our key differentiators is our ability to ship lots of small orders. Our technology and online ordering system (DupliOnline) have enabled us to cost efficiently ship over 1200 orders daily. Nearly 90% of our orders come from 250 online platforms that are set up for our customers to order quickly and easily.

The Business Card Slitter will be responsible for operating and maintaining the slitting machine to accurately cut business cards from printed sheets. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently to meet production deadlines. The ideal candidate will ensure that all finished cards meet quality standards and contribute to a smooth production workflow.

• Operate and maintain slitting machines to cut printed business cards from sheets with high precision.
• Set up machines according to job specifications and adjust settings as needed to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished business cards for quality and consistency, including checking for accurate dimensions and proper cutting.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on slitting equipment to ensure continued functionality and prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with the production team to manage workflow and prioritize jobs based on deadlines and production schedules.
• Keep accurate records of production quantities, materials used, and any issues encountered during the slitting process.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the slitting process, including machine malfunctions and quality concerns.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience operating slitting or similar cutting machinery is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders, specifications, and production schedules.
• Basic mechanical skills for machine setup, operation, and maintenance.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts or overtime as needed.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
• Capability to perform manual tasks and operate material handling equipment.

Hourly Rate: Pay is based on experience and shift, with an hourly rate starting at $16.00 per hour and up to $22.00 per hour.
