MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research prospects who may have a need for our services.
- Proactively reach out to those prospects and manage assigned accounts to build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Design marketing initiatives aimed at attracting new clients and expanding business opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients, especially key decision-makers, department heads, and user groups.
- Implement sales strategies to shorten the sales cycle and improve conversion rates for new business.
- Foster strong relationships with prospects and clients to enhance loyalty through effective account management.
- Organize and lead executive briefings as required.
- Monitor competitor strategies and utilize this information to shape our competitive selling tactics.
- Profile and maintain detailed information on clients and prospects to report on activities, trends, and results.
- Stay informed about new company service offerings as well as industry trends and emerging products.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
- 2+ years of experience selling managed help desk, NOC or call center with a proven and verifiable track record of success.
- Strong communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
- The ability to research your own leads in an efficient way.
- Must be professionally persistent with excellent follow up habits.
- Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and business-related engagements.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
- Must have demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.
