Job Title: MSP Program Manager
Schedule: Full time on-site
Location: Tampa, Florida
Overview of Position
The Program Manager for the Managed Service Provider (MSP) Program is responsible for S3’s MSP program including all processes, systems, and supporting operational activities. This role also owns organizational change for the program, driving improvement, communication around enhancements, training and updates. The ideal candidate will have experience with client facing MSP roles and day to day management of MSP including supporting hiring managers and supply chain/procurement/HR stakeholders.
This position requires a strong customer service orientation and passion for integrity, accuracy, and ethical behavior in all dealings with stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversight of all contingent labor categories including Staff Augmentation, SOW sourcing strategies and Payroll Services, report on forecasting of funds, invoice auditing, program updates and reporting –authoring, analyzing and presenting Quarterly Business Reviews and management of SLA/KPI metric both for overall program and supplier
Key Duties include:
• Lead and ensure compliance with the MSP Program
• Present business cases, project details and performance data/metrics to senior management to drive executive support for MSP Program
• Partner with HR, Legal, Technology and the MSP Provider to ensure MSP procedures flow smoothly across departments and systems
• Serve as key point of contact for all audit activities related to MSP
• Continue to improve MSP program
• Ensure the effective delivery of all agreed to services to internal and external partners and proactively participate in provision of excellent service
• Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion.
Experience:
• 2+ years’ experience with Managed Service Providers or Work Force Management systems
• 5+ years of progressive experience with Procurement/Purchasing/Supply Chain or Audit
• 5+ years driving complex cross-group continuous improvement initiatives
• 5+ years working with internal and external clients and supporting business partners through cross-collaborative efforts
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Proficient in VMS systems such as: Vector, Beeline, Peoplefluent or Fieldglass
• Ability to manage and lead through uncertainty/ambiguity
• Advanced skills managing projects, change, documentation and continuous improvement
• MS Office Suite and MS Project or other Project Management software proficiency
• Strong executive interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and maintain close working relationships with peers, suppliers, and customers with different goals/perspectives
• Supplier Contract Negotiations
• Must be able to meet deadlines and changing priorities and be work in a high-pressured environment
