Job Title: MERN Stack Delivery Lead

Location: Atlanta, GA Onsite 

Project type: Long term Contract/Fulltime (Permanent)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Guide the design, development, and maintenance of complex enterprise application using MERN.
• Responsible for the quality of the deliverables.
• Contribute to architecture and technology decisions.
• Conduct code reviews and promote best practices for code quality and maintainability.
• Bridge communication between offshore and onshore teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers in the team.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the engineering team.
• Play a key role in sprint planning, estimating, and technical delivery.
• Take part in agile ceremonies, contribute in grooming, prioritization and estimation of story.
• Work with various technical teams to improve the software delivery process.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 + years of software development experience
• Supply chain domain knowledge is a plus.
• Should have experience in the customer-facing high-performance application system.
• Broad experience in designing, programming, and implementing large information systems.
• Should have good experience in backend technologies, NodeJS using frameworks
• Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
• Should be extremely good in working with databases (MySQL/MongoDB)
• Should have knowledge of Unit Test frameworks
• Should have experience in Cloud Technology like AWS/Azure/Google
• Experience using system monitoring tools and infrastructure
• Should have very good exposure to Agile Methodology.
• Proven ability to lead projects, guide technical discussions, and mentor junior engineers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration capability.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
