MEP Project Manager at AG Consulting

Position: MEP Construction Manager

Location:  Long Island City, Queens

Project: Building Project

Responsibilities:

Work with owner and general contractor on project logistics.

Manage and lead MEP subcontractors throughout duration of the project.

Communicate progress and prepare appropriate reports as needed.

Review Contract Documents.

Change order processing.

Submittal review.

Attend pre-construction meetings.

RFI (request for information) response.

Document tracking and management.

Conduct construction progress meetings.

Oversee the performance of all MEP trades.
 

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction.

Working knowledge of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering preferred.

Experienced dealing with MEP subcontracts and subcontractors.

Active OSHA 30 certification.

Excellent communication skills.

Team player.

Very organized and detailed.
