MEP Project Manager needed for a well-established mechanical contractor in Austin, TX
Do you bring 5+ years of Mechanical Project Management experience? If so, we want to hear from you! A well-established Mechanical Contractor is seeking an experienced MEP Project Management to manage projects and deliver exceptional results. Project types include Commercial facilties.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Lead and manage multiple Mechanical and Plumbing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project budgets ensuring financial goals are achieved.
- Coordinate with team members, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution.
- Review and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts to guide project objectives.
- Implement and enforce quality control and safety measures on job sites.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, schedules, and progress reports.
- Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to ensure timely completion.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects, including budgets of up to $10 million.
- Strong understanding of piping systems and mechanical processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, team members, and vendors.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance conflicting priorities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
