MEDICAL RECORDS CLERK - Spherion

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference? We're looking for a Records Reviewer to help manage and streamline our document processes.

Responsibilities:
-Examine records to determine whether to retain or discard them.
-Retrieve and review physical files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
-Discard documents that meet specific criteria for disposal.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
-Attention to detail and accuracy.
-Ability to work independently and stay focused on repetitive tasks.
-Comfortable handling physical files and maintaining organization.

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
-Prior experience in records management or administrative tasks.
-Knowledge of data retention policies and practices.
-Basic familiarity with document categorization systems.
