Responsibilities:Under the direction of the Director of Casino Marketing, the incumbent assists in the coordination of the Bus Tour Program and in the supervision of its staff. Promotes and markets the bus program and its services to all companies, operators, and travel agencies.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
May include but are not limited to:
- Assists in the development of new bus markets. Travel to businesses or other organizations as necessary.
- Maintains and reviews bus marketing and cost information; evaluates effectiveness of programs.
- Establishes procedures and ensure adherence to such by direct reports in order to provide excellence in service and courtesy to all guests.
- Supervises the scheduling of all bus departures and arrivals.
- Compiles competitive statistics and passenger forecasts.
- Assists in the development of rating procedures to ensure efficient operations and conformity with company, state and local policies and regulations.
- Accepts, takes inventory, assigns and distributes coupons. Accurately reconcile and record coupon information on computer system.
- Ensures adherence to casino internal controls and its attendant regulations.
- Attends trade show meetings and industry conventions as necessary.
- Develop department members’ knowledge and skills through education, training, coaching, corrective counseling, etc.
- Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.
- Conduct personal behavior and select, train, coach, counsel, appraise and retain direct reports who consistently perform actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Dedication.
- Stay abreast of the current trends and practices within area of responsibility and communicate pertinent information to management, peers, direct reports and team members as appropriate.
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels to best manage labor costs while maintaining outstanding guest service.
- Provide information and explain property amenities, complimentaries, and marketing programs to staff members and guests.
- Ensure all technology requirements are met in relation to all department’s needs.
- Adhere, communicate and reinforce the Seminole Tribe's Policies and Procedures as well as policies and procedures specific to the Hard Rock Hollywood property. - Promotes positive guest and team member relations at all times; maintains composure and builds relationships with guests that encourage repeat patronage and positive word-of-mouth.

- Demonstrates a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.
- Demonstrate commitment to assisting in the development of Seminole Tribe members participating in the Tribal Career Development program and, when a Seminole Tribe member’s assignment falls within your direct area of responsibility, act as a personal mentor/career advisor to the Tribe Member and submit progress reports and information to the Director of Tribal Development.
- Demonstrates actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Dedication.
- Ensures prompt and discreet notification to appropriate management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
- Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 3-5 five years of experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, and Word).
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

- The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
