Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Negotiate skillfully on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and maximizing the value of luxury transactions.
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Collaborate and network with a select group of luxury real estate professionals, brokers, and industry influencers to expand your reach and provide exceptional service to clients.
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

- 2+ years’ of real estate sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Learning based, growth-minded
- Organized
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
