We are a top-tier Development and Property Management Firm seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to join our team. This role requires an individual with a strong background in property management, particularly in luxury properties. You will have the opportunity to work with a team of dedicated professionals and play a key role in our company's success. As a Luxury Property Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations 1- to 2- Luxury Multi-Family Properties
2. Developing and implementing effective marketing and leasing strategies to ensure occupancy rates remain high.
3. Conducting regular property inspections to ensure all facilities are well-maintained and comply with safety standards.
4. Managing and coordinating with maintenance staff to address any property-related issues or repairs.
5. Preparing and managing budgets, financial reports, and other necessary property-related documents.
6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
7. Providing leadership, mentorship, and training to property management staff to ensure they perform their roles effectively.
8. Keeping up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity within the region to make informed decisions.
9. Ensuring all property management activities comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Property Management with experience in Luxury Properties
2. Proven experience in staff management, mentorship, and professional development.
3. Strong knowledge of property management laws and regulations.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and staff.
5. Strong financial acumen, with the ability to prepare and manage budgets effectively.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to address property-related issues promptly and effectively.
7. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve their best.
8. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
