About the Role
As a Lumber Grader, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring consistent and accurate grading of surfaced and green lumber within a high-production manufacturing operation. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining the quality standards our client is known for. Safety and teamwork are at the heart of this position.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $21–$28 per hour, based on experience.
• Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM. Enjoy your evenings and weekends off!

What We’re Looking For:

• NHLA certification or equivalent experience in lumber grading.
• A proven ability to accurately apply NHLA rules.
• At least one year of experience grading green and kiln-dried domestic lumber—this is not an entry-level role.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with kiln operators, machine operators, and stackers for a seamless workflow.
• Commitment to safety and the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
