Duties
• Answer incoming calls to assist customers with service problems.
• Schedule technicians as needed to repair customers systems
• Increasing technician's product knowledge and trouble shooting skills.
• Collaborate with clients to assess their security needs and provide recommendations.
• Trouble shoot customer problems over the phone and determine if service is needed.
• Be able to offer tech support to technicians in the field.
• Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions with clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in alarm technology.
Skills
• Proficient in low voltage systems.
• Managing multiple technicians
• Excellent computer skills.
• Knowledge of multiple manufacturers' products
• Quick learner on computer software
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
