LOGISTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE
The Customer Service Representative provides information, responds to requests, resolves problems, and collects revenue from customers and vendors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities including the following:
• Provides information to customers by verifying understanding of request; answering questions; offering assistance.
• Monitors reports and communicates any problems to client.
• Monitors late loads and keeps clients apprised of the situation.
• Checks for outstanding shipments daily. Communicate with the appropriate people to determine how to resolve the issues. Keep clients informed as needed.
• Generates the inbounds in our system and prints the labels.
• Generates the outbound (Orders) in our system for those customers who request this service.
• Quality checks the lists from orders by making sure the quantities match the number of orders, line items and total quantity of items.
• Scans and uploads all documents including shipments or proof of loading into our system.
• Works in partnership with Warehouse Supervisor to control workflow, ensure customer service with vendors, and decrease costs.
• Knowledge of WHS software a plus

Salary
22 - 24 /hour
