Are you a seasoned Urologist with a passion for providing top-notch patient care? We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Locum Urologist to join our dynamic team. This exciting opportunity allows you to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, providing medical consultations and delivering excellent patient care. You will be working with a dedicated team of professionals who are committed to improving the lives of patients.
Responsibilities:
As a Locum Urologist, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Providing comprehensive urological consultations to patients, diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions related to the urinary tract and male reproductive system.
2. Performing various diagnostic tests and procedures to identify the root cause of the patient's urological issues.
3. Offering expert advice and guidance to patients on preventive care, lifestyle changes, and treatment options.
4. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans for patients.
5. Keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in Urology to provide the highest standard of care to patients.
6. Participating in medical case reviews and contributing to the overall improvement of our healthcare services.
7. Ensuring all patient care activities are in compliance with relevant laws, ethics, and professional standards.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this exciting role, the candidate must possess the following qualifications:
Shift: 24- hour call coverage
A minimum of 1 week per month starting as soon as credentialed
(Include availability in presentations)
Patients per day: 5-20 (avg 10)
Beds In Dept: 250
Trauma level 2
Cases:
General Adult Urology required.
General Peds Urology preferred.
No robotics required
No radical procedures
Must be WI licensed or IMLC!
Certs required:
ACLS from AHA
BLS
DEA
Support Staff:
3 RNs
15 MAs
7 APP
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
EMR: Epic
Other notes: Surgeries / Procedures Required: Stone cases, stents, open to other cases as well.
Flexible and will work with schedules to make it the best for all.

Qualifications:

- A medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Urology.
- An Active WI license or IMLC
- Active ACLS (from the AHA)
- Active BLS and DEA
- Proven experience in patient care and a strong commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services.
- Excellent diagnostic skills and proficiency in performing urological procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
