Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Family Practice - $120 to $130 per hour in Burley, ID at Curative

Practice Setting:

• Outpatient setting focused on primary care and occupational health.
• Support from an LPN and Health Center Manager.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5 PM.
• No weekends, no call responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine within 5 years.
• Active Idaho license required; BLS and DEA certifications necessary.

Credentialing Requirements:

• Quick credentialing process, approximately 7 days.

Patient Demographics:

• Ages 2 and up, with a focus on preventative health and physical exams.
• Average of 2 patients per hour.
