Practice Setting

Pediatric, adolescent and adult patient panel

High volume outpatient setting

Cases and Procedures

Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health disorders

Develop individualized treatment plans, manage medications, and provide ongoing support

Requirements

Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner 

Active Oregon medical license and DEA

Minimum of 24 months of experience
