Drivers in this position will operate a telescopic boom crane swing cab and must possess a Telescopic Large (TLL) certification from the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO) prior to hiring on. This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic. 

Job Details: 

• $0.66 - $0.70 per mile* 
• Boom stop pay: $86 - $90 per stop 
• Pipe stop pay: $100 - $104 per stop 
• Flatbed stop pay: $90 - $94 per stop 
• Detention pay: $15 per hour 
• New hire training period: $200 per day 
• Safety training pay: $20 per hour 
• Holiday pay: $200 per day 
• Other account work: current cpm rate + $20 per drop and hook stop and $40 per live stop 

• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $85,000
• Daily home time 
• Onsite management
