Loan Servicing Specialist - Workway

The Loan Servicing Specialist is responsible for the below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:

• Preparing loan documents using LaserPro.
• Booking new loans.
• Updating exception tracking items in the core system and uploading them to the document imaging system.
• Scanning and indexing loan documents.
• Working on daily Loan Operations reports.
• Managing the UCC exception report.
• Processing paid loan files, including preparing the release of collateral.
• Posting incoming loan wires.
• Communicating with Loan Officers and Underwriting regarding inaccurate or missing documentation.

Specific qualifications for the position include: 

• High School diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in loan operations and knowledge of Jack Henry Silverlake or FIS IBS system plus.

Pay Rate Range:  $65k per year

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
