The Company

Shared Capital Cooperative is a $25 million+ national CDFI loan fund with a successful, 45-year track record of financing consumer, small producer, housing, and worker-owned cooperatives. We’re building a just, equitable, and democratic economy by investing in cooperative enterprises. Shared Capital is democratically owned and governed by more than 300 cooperatives across 36 states. We’re a small and growing company.

The Position

We’re looking for a full-time Loan Fund Administrator. The primary functions of this job are:

• Create and maintain accurate borrower and investor records.
• Contribute to efficient and ever-improving lending and investment processes.
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service.

You’ll be collaborating with our entire team, and you’ll be spending a good amount of time communicating with a diverse universe of borrowers and investors. You’ll become an expert in our loan and investment database system. It’s a fast-paced job with a lot of moving parts.

The yearly salary range for this position is $59,000-$75,000, depending on your qualifications. Remote work is possible. We encourage professional development. We work out of a friendly, accessible, open-plan office.

The Location

Shared Capital is on University Avenue near Highway 280 in St. Paul, Minnesota. We’re bike friendly, and are on the Metro Transit Green Line, and on the 63, 67, and the 87 bus lines.
