About the Job
The Law Office of Ligori & Ligori is looking for the next super Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal.
Job Duties:

- Assist with scheduling depositions, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations as needed.
- Prepare cases for trial and attend with attorneys throughout the trial.
- Drafting, organizing, reviewing, and filing Requests for Admissions, Requests for Production, and Interrogatories to opposing parties.
- Managing, drafting, and reviewing discovery responses timely and efficient.
- Draft pleadings, motions, complaints, and orders.
- Will work under the supervision of assigned attorneys.
- Maintain and follow up on all Non-Party production documents including Requests for Copies and non-party logs.
- Maintain and organize the file as needed and instructed.
- Provide legal support to personal injury attorneys and other paralegal staff as needed.
- Knowledge of the E-filing system on both the State and Federal levels.
- Contact clients, judges, and opposing counsel.

Benefits:
- $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year.
- Plus, potential for monthly bonuses.

Qualifications:
- Five or more years experience as a Florida plaintiff personal injury litigation paralegal.
- Florida Bar Registered Paralegal (FRP).
- Prepared attorney and case for trial.
- Attended at least 3 jury trials with an attorney and helped the attorney through the verdict.
- The candidate must have a 2-year paralegal degree.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Self-starter and self-motivated, able to meet deadlines.
- Strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills.
- Exemplary tenure with previous employers.
- Must pass pre-employment screening.
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus.
