A top-tier boutique law firm in Modesto is urgently seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to be an integral part of a dynamic team. This firm takes on complex cases, high net-worth clients, with practice areas in Corporate & Business, Commercial & Real Estate Litigation, Estate Planning and Bankruptcy. Daily in-office position with flexibility in a collegial office culture, built on teamwork and supporting a group of Managing Attorneys. 

Qualifications and Duties :

• Minimum 3 years' exposure to litigation

• Estate Planning, Corporate/Business experience, Real Estate, Bankruptcy and Tax experience a plus

• Supporting managing attorneys conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing documents

• Experience with pleadings, law & motion, prepare hearings,calendaring, organizing and maintaining files

Casual office environment. Base salary range DOE $65K-$80K, plus full benefits. Actively interviewing now!
