Job Details
Responsibilities:
Assist on daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals.
Assist with client interaction, conference room set up, general administrative support.
Provide general office support, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role within a law firm.
Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and document formatting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal research tools.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
