Litigation Attorney - (All Levels) Portland, Oregon!
Seeking seasoned civil litigation attorneys! We currently have openings available for attorneys at various levels. Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of recent civil litigation experience to be considered, but we also welcome mid-to-senior-level attorneys to apply. We are keenly interested in attorneys with expertise across a broad spectrum of civil litigaiton practice areas. Responsibilities:
- Provide independent case support.
- Effectively interact with clients, counsel, and supervising attorneys.
- Analyze and draft discovery requests and responses.
- Conduct legal research, prepare memoranda, and oversee junior attorneys.
- Draft complaints, motions, and other legal documents.
- Assess, draft, and argue dispositive motions.
- Prepare for and defend depositions of witnesses.
- Participate in court hearings and mediations.
- Supervise junior attorneys and paralegal staff in trial and arbitration preparations.
- Deliver exceptional service to all clients.
Qualifications:
- Licensed in good standing with the Oregon State Bar.
- Two or more years of civil litigation experience.
- Ability to work independently while managing a heavy caseload.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Effective oral advocacy skills and familiarity with rules of evidence.
- Ability to multitask while demonstrating attention to detail.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
