Litigation Attorney at Baggett Law

Our growing personal injury law firm is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented attorney to join our litigation team. The primary responsibilities will be handling complex legal research and writing, with a focus on high-level cases in litigation. This is a full-time, in-office position in our downtown Jacksonville office.

$125,000 - $150,000 + Bonus

• Conduct in-depth legal research on intricate legal issues
• Draft motions, pleadings, and legal briefs for personal injury cases
• Collaborate with the litigation team on strategy and case preparation
• Attend hearings and trials when necessary to support litigation efforts
• Maintain an organized and efficient workflow to meet deadlines

• Admitted to the Florida Bar
• 2+ years of experience in personal injury litigation (preferred)
• Exceptional legal writing and research skills
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts in simple, clear language
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
