Guercio & Guercio, LLP is seeking to add a full-time litigation attorney to its Farmingdale office. The position will largely focus on the defense of municipalities and school districts in civil litigation, with a heavy concentration in the defense of civil rights matters. We regularly handle employment, First Amendment, law enforcement, tort, and land use litigation. In addition, the firm handles all types of litigation and corporate counseling for non-municipal clients. Strong writing skills required. Send a resume and writing sample for consideration.
