The Opportunity:

Our Client's Global Insurance Department seeks an associate with at least three years of significant civil litigation experience to join the Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have litigated business disputes, personal injury claims, products liability actions, construction disputes, and other catastrophic injury matters. The ideal Candidate will have taken depositions, attended court conferences, and drafted and argued motions. Strong research and writing skills and excellent academic credentials are required. Candidates with discovery, deposition and trial experience are preferred. Texas Bar required.
