Line servers and prep cooks at Central BBQ must be able to maintain a prepared and sanitary work area at all times. You will set up work stations and collect all necessary supplies for service, make sure all storage areas are tidy and all products are stored properly. You will be required to consistantly use safe and hygienic food handeling practices, follow written and verbal instruction, and work in a high pace and hot environment. You will need to be flexible with your job duties, self motivated, and organized. Effective communication skills and menu knowledge are necessary as you will interact with guests when running orders. You must be able to lift 25-50 pounds and practice accurate portion control.
