STS Line Maintenance is hiring Line Maintenance Station Managers in Fort Worth, Texas. This is an exceptional opportunity for skilled aviation professionals to lead operations, ensure safety, and manage an efficient line maintenance station at a premier location.

Position Overview:
As a Line Maintenance Station Manager, you will oversee daily station operations, manage a talented team of technicians, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards. This hands-on role is perfect for experienced professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and excel in leadership.
What We Need:
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- At least five years of line maintenance experience.
- Minimum of three years of management experience in aviation.
- A&P License required.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Self-motivation and excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Sound judgment in maintenance operations and safety.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and preferably the KRONOS timekeeping system.
- Ability to read and understand Company Manuals, Manufacturer Manuals, GMMs, and AMMs.
- Certification on various aircraft worked at the station through GENFAM completions and air carrier training.
- Ability to perform line maintenance functions independently.
- Ownership of a minimum set of hand tools.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and days.
- Experience creating work schedules to meet air carrier requirements without unnecessary overtime.
- Experience completing quality, safety, and maintenance documentation for STS and air carriers.
- Ability to train and assist technicians in all aspects of their roles.
- A clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain all necessary badging.
- Physical ability to climb ladders and stairs, bend, kneel, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
Rate of Pay:
Compensation is based on experience and ranges between $90,000 and $105,000 annually. Yearly performance-based raises are available.
