Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a diverse range of Southern dishes following established recipes and guidelines.
Ensure the quality, presentation, and consistency of each dish, meeting our restaurant's high standards.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage food orders, timing, and overall kitchen efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications:
Culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on Southern cuisine a plus.
Strong understanding of cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and proper food handling procedures.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing demands.
