The backbone of our kitchen is the prep/line cook. Their main objective is to prepare top-notch meals that meet the precise requirements of the chef and be consistent for our guests. The responsibilities of this position encompass a range of tasks, including but not limited to:

Prepping ingredients, assembling dishes, cooking, plating, and ensuring cleanliness and food safety standards are met.

Responsible for prepping ingredients by washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables, as well as measuring and portioning ingredients. They also need to marinate meats and prepare sauces, dressings, and other components of dishes.

Once the ingredients are prepared, the prep/line cook assembles the dishes according to the chef's specifications.
