As a Life Insurance Leadership Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring a team of Financial Consultants, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership:
- Mentor, coach, and motivate a high-performing team of Financial Consultants.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize team productivity and achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Foster a positive and supportive team culture that encourages collaboration and individual growth.
- Training & Development:
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance training programs.
- Team Building:
- Organize team-building activities and events to foster camaraderie and strengthen team bonds.
- Resolve team conflicts effectively and proactively address any performance issues.
- Business Development:
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the agency by identifying and implementing strategies to improve team performance and client satisfaction.
- Direct Client Interaction:
- Engage with Qualified Leads: Respond to inbound inquiries from individuals actively seeking financial solutions.
- Conduct Virtual Consultations: Connect with clients via phone and video calls to assess their needs and provide personalized financial guidance, including retirement planning strategies.
- Present and Close Deals: Utilize our advanced technology to present tailored insurance solutions, including Indexed Universal Life (IUL) policies, annuities, and life insurance, and close deals efficiently.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams toward achieving goals.
- Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
- Reside in the United States
- US Citizen or Legal/Permanent Resident
- Possess a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
