Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
- Manage current licensing programs
- Managing licensed product processes
- Tracks compliance and adherence to all contractual requirements with Licensing Specialists
- Communicates royalty updates with reps and teams
- Create and follow through on status updates for assign licensing projects
- Create & maintain Licensing status reports (New, Renewals, Loss and/or Current Past Due)
- processing royalty reports
- Billing
- Collection Calls
- Create & maintain Billing/Collection status reports
- Posting of Payments
- Process Credit Memo
- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be highly proficient in Excel specifically VLookups, Pivot Tables & Spreadsheets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Must have a high level of attention to detail
- Experience and proficiency in and QuickBooks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Excellent communication skills including ability to work in a team environment, give honest, direct feedback and is a solid verbal and written communicator.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to view computer screen for long periods of time
· Ability to sit for long periods of time
· Ability to hear and speak to communicate in person and over the telephone.
· Stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions.
· Strength to lift and carry files weighing up to 10 pounds.

Job Type: Full time position, hourly requiring timecard reporting
