Qualifications and responsibilities for this Licensed Structural Engineer position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Licensed engineer, with Illinois or Indiana PE/SE preferred.
• Experience in civil or structural engineering, with a strong background in industrial projects.
• Proficient in utilizing modern design and calculation software.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a small team and mentor recent graduates.
• Take ownership of varied and engaging projects under the guidance of a managing engineer.
• Commitment to working onsite at our Highland, Indiana office.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and field conditions.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
