The position of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is available for 7:00am - 7:00pm  

Sign-on Bonus $4,000

We are located at 5386 Broad St, Milton, FL 32570.

LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License by the State
• IV Certified
• Skilled Nursing Experience Preferred

*Sign on Bonus is contignent on  having IV certifcation. If Newly hired RN achieves IV certification on their own time and expense prior to 90 days of employment they will be eligible for the $4,000. If the Facility pays for IV certification during the employees first 90 days, the Sign on Bonus will be lowered to $2,500.
