Bridges Health, Oklahoma's only 100% employee-owned post-acute and long-term care provider, is looking for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join their team at The Wilshire Skilled Nursing and Therapy!

Summary Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall management of clinical, regulatory, administrative, and financial direction of a Medicare-certified skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and accrediting organizations
- Maintains knowledge of regulatory guidelines; recommends operational changes as needed.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- An Oklahoma Nursing Home Administrator license.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Desired Experience
- Two (2) or more years of Nursing Home Administration experience
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
- Proven success in operations, compliance, sustainable census building, sound financial performance, excellent survey history, and superior satisfaction.
