Mental Health Counselor Opportunity in Glendale, CA

Are you a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others? We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate professional to join our esteemed team. This role offers the opportunity to provide impactful therapy in a collaborative, growth-oriented setting.

Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough intake assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals and groups dealing with issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties
• Work alongside a dedicated team of professionals to deliver holistic care
• Participate in continuing education to ensure the highest standard of clinical practice
• Contribute to service enhancements and the ongoing development of program strategies

Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000, plus benefits

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling. Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution
• Active license/certification in your respective state or jurisdiction (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals facing emotional challenges
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
• Experience using electronic medical records systems preferred but not required
