Fee-For-Service
We are currently looking for NJ licensed mental health clinicians (LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT) who are self-motivated and have an ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
The fee for service Clinician will provide therapy to individuals, families, and couples in an Outpatient setting. We offer flexible scheduling, with minimum one evening in the office setting required.
This position can be a great atmosphere to learn professionally and gain work experience to obtain licensure hours. Clinician should be Trauma Informed and have knowledge of CBT and MI.
Responsibilities:
Provide appropriate assessments (biopsychosocial assessments), treatment plans, case documentation/progress notes, outpatient counseling services, and referrals for psychiatric care.
Will have the ability to access free CEU’s through Rutgers Social Work program, Wellspring, and Medication Training with our providers and obtain free clinical supervision.
Education and Experience:
Must have either a LAC, LSW, LPC, LMFT or LCSW
Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or other behavioral health program approved for clinical licensure.
Knowledge of trauma informed care, solution based and cognitive behavioral therapy approaches, as well as CBT and MI.
Licenses and Certifications:
LSW, LAC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT
Professionally Licensed (LSW, LAC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
Qualified Non-profit Agency for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
Offers FREE in-house CEU credits provided by Rutgers School of Social Work and Wellspring during work hours
Some positions also offer Clinical Supervision requirements for advanced professional licenses
