We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will identify and fulfill clients insurance needs, build strong relationships, and meet sales targets, all while enjoying a base salary of $37,500 plus commission. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our insurance products and services.
- Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and other sales techniques.
- Assess client needs to recommend tailored insurance solutions.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Requirements
- Candidate must have an Active Property and Casualty License to be considered.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
